*ruefully* ahaha my limitations at writing proper mysteries are probably becoming obvious at this point! the fact that Waya could not speak Yihian only occurred to me when the story got to Yih and so of course he could not go around questioning suspects like a good detective. *facepalms* also he has no diplomatic authority and can't get into the palace without help. I probably missed some good opportunities for Waya to grit his teeth and regret quitting the State Diviners, come to think of it...
and as for Touya? :D it's in the go, of course. XD it's always in the go.
