lawnmower_elf, who drew Tezuka presents that are 1000x better than I could write. check out her art, as the sheer beauty of her Tezuka. Forgive me, you goddess of grammar you, for here I have abused semi-colons and commas and just about everything.

No doubt it was environmental pollution, the exuberant manner in which Kikumaru had spread blue streamers and glittering green dust all across the campsite; plus whatever other talents Momoshiro might have, decorating nylon tents was not one of them, as attested to by the helium balloons escaping into the evening sky; Kaidou had inadvertently frightened the first-years again causing Horio to walk right into the fire oh hell thank you rainfall for keeping the embers low; what was that flash of light oh just Fuji's camera he should have known, and forty laps tomorrow - but Kawamura's unacha was made to perfection, and Inui's predictions spot-on as usual because the drizzle gave way to a clear night full of stars: as Tezuka sat amidst the hum of insects and watched the others tease Echizen about next year's tournament, it was almost like the freedom of the Matterhorn until Oishi led everyone in a rousing, badly-tuned birthday song and then it was like home.
